Lake Vermilion Resorts

Lake Vermilion Resort Association

Founded as a non-profit association in 1950, the lake vermilion resort association (lvra) has been the area leader in providing services to visitors and resort owners.

Originally, the Association was limited to resorts only. That changed significantly in 1997 with a cooperative effort of the towns and townships surrounding Lake Vermilion. Now accommodations of any kind are included as members of the Lake Vermilion Resort & Tourism Association. Campgrounds, hotels, inns, and cabins are all part of the Association’s membership, making it the only complete source for lodging information on the Lake.

The Lake Vermilion Resort Association still exists as the parent organization, and is active in safeguarding the well being of Lake Vermilion for future generations.
